BOOKING POLICY: + A valid credit or debit card is required to keep on file to book an appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY: + You have up until 48 hours of your appointment time to reschedule, cancel, or change your services. This still gives me some time to fill in the space on my schedule. Any changes made after the 48 hour time period will result in a 50% fee of the services booked. LATE POLICY: + I have a 15 minute grace period to be INSIDE my suite. If you are running late, please let me know before the start of your appointment, and I will do my best to accommodate you (time permitting) based on time available to complete your services. NO-SHOW POLICY: + A no-show after 15 minutes will result in a charge for the FULL BALANCE of services booked. There are ZERO EXCEPTIONS + If your card declines from a cancellation or no-show charge, there will be a hold on your account and you will not be able to book again. Once the balance is paid off and your card information is updated, you will be able to book again. *Booking a service with me means that you have read & understand these policies & agree to follow them
